👉 Keep aware of the means of strong authentication used by your bank, and keep phone, mobile application login codes, etc. open and ready to use to these additional identification processes.
Connection Timed Out: The session of connecting your bank account(s) can be timed out if you take too long in the connection process. </aside>
Go to the Connectors page on your Silvr platform and click on Bank account
Click Add
You will be redirected to either Bridge (for France) or Yapily (for Germany). They are open banking API platforms that allow you to securely connect your banks to Silvr. Choose your bank from the list and proceed to enter your information to connect.
